Pretty to watch: Deer can become serious pests. Some of the ways that deer can produce negative impact. Damage to the Ground Vegetation in woodlands. Damage to agricultural crops. Damage to trees. I can remember plating a group of small fruit trees in my back yard. After one Winter, they were nothing but short sticks in the ground. The deer ate the tops off of them.
Nothing against the deer, but be aware, they can be a big garden pest.
I tried fencing, but at 6 feet, they just hopped over and browsed for whatever they wanted.
Read about the problem and how you may be able to protect your plants, flowers and garden against deer damage.
